Mrs. Dorothy Jo Harrell

Mrs. Dorothy Jo Wilder Harrell, 41, of Cawthon-Davis Road, Canon, GA passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013, at her home. Mrs. Harrell was born in Elberton, GA, March 16, 1972, daughter of the late Charlie and Marie Jones Wilder. She was a secretary having worked with Carey's Tax Service and was a member of the Freedom Congregational Holiness Church in Royston, GA. Survivors include her husband, Raymond Harrell of Canon, GA; sons, Trent and Kirkland Harrell both of Canon, GA; brother, Leslie Wilder of Banks Crossing, GA; and sister, Charlene Wilder of Bowman, GA. Mrs. Harrell is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Harrell will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 01, 2013, at the Freedom Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Sarah Pearson officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, GA. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday evening. The family is at the home. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
