Mrs. Genoria Gladys Brown Dobbs of Harrison Bridge Road, Royston, GA passed on Saturday, June 08, 2013, at Peachtree Village in Commerce, GA. Mrs. Dobbs was born on October 24, 1932, daughter of the late Dwain Brown and the late Annie Mae Phillips Brown. She was retired from Johnson & Johnson and a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Royston, GA. Survivors include her husband, Alfred Dobbs; daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Charles Bradley of Canon, GA; grandchildren, Nathan Bradley and Janna Bradley; great grandchildren, Chase, Gara and Delaney; brothers, Joe Brown of Royston, GA and James Brown of Canon, GA; sisters, Glaydelle Jones of Royston, GA, Barbara Fountain of Royston, GA and Mary Hooper of Hull, GA. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dobbs was preceded in death by her sister, Garnell Bray and half sister, Gathel Bond. Graveside services for Mrs. Dobbs will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, GA with Rev. David Bryan officiating. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 2:30 p.m. until funeral hour Tuesday afternoon. The family is at the home. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
