Mr. Roger Dale Pressley, 69, of Bowman, GA passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020, at his home. Mr. Pressley was born in Jefferson, GA on October 2, 1950, son of the late Roy Lee Pressley and the late Dorothy Cox Pressley. He was a paint and body shop worker having worked at Classic Auto Service Center. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Sunny Lee Pressley. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Lacey and James Oliver of Jefferson, GA; grandchildren, Autumn Arredondo, Alyna Thornton and Angel Oliver; brothers, Steve Pressley of Commerce, GA, Dan Pressley of Colbert, GA and LeRoy Parr of Elberton, GA; sisters, Barbara Ann Pressley Cox of Colbert, GA and Tammy Benton of Elberton, GA. Funeral services for Mr. Pressley will be held in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020, with Rev. David Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the First Pentecostal Oneness Church of Arcade Cemetery in Jefferson. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until funeral hour on Friday afternoon. The family is at their respective homes. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
