Ms. Ruby Nell Smith Malone, 88, of Royston, GA passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at the Brown Health and Rehabilitation in Royston, GA. Ms. Malone was born in Hazlehurst, GA on November 06, 1926, daughter of the late Seaborn Smith and the late Bertha Duck Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of the Canon Church of God. Survivors include her niece and caregiver, Carolyn Floyd of Canon, GA and a number of nieces and nephews. Ms. Malone was the last surviving member of her immediate family. A graveside service for Ms. Malone will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2014, at the Oakview Cemetery in Canon, GA. The family is at their respective homes. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
